Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 48 hours of delivery if you are not fully satisfied with your order.
To be eligible
-Hair must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
-Lace must not be cut or altered
-Product must be returned in its original packaging
-Returns Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer an exchange for another product of equal value (or with a balance payment if applicable).
-Wrong or Damaged Orders: If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures/videos. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
